2009 Summer AABA Summer Internship Program
For the last ten years the Cook County State's Attorney's Office in conjunction with AABA have offered 2 paid eight week internships. This is part of an effort to actively attract and recruit Asian American lawyers, with the hope that they will one day join the office as Assistant State's Attorneys. Several students that have completed the internship are now employed as attorneys with the Cook County State's Attorney's Office. This year AABA will interview and recommend 2-4students to the CCSAO. The CCSAO will make the final selection and determine if the internship is paid.
